Position Overview
The Entry Level Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of company and client events, ensuring all logistics and on-site operations run smoothly. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, teamwork, and contributing to successful events in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Full time
Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown
Greet and assist attendees, guests, and vendors during events
Manage administrative tasks including registration, sign-in sheets, and event documentation
Maintain event supplies, equipment, and inventory
Provide on-site support to ensure events operate efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or event-related experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
