Point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries/inducted/completed events with all departments (Production, Engineering, Material, Quality and Shipping) Calculating planned and actual hours for the event Calculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround time Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements and shipping for off-site engine events Create invoice and distribute Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report Create final report summary with required information and distribute Organize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level Our Purpose Our Philosophy - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is a part of our DNA which enables us to remain innovative and competitive Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the Engine Center of Excellence in the Americas for the Lufthansa Technik Group.
