About the Role In this role, you’ll plan and support events, sponsorships, and engagement programs that strengthen relationships, elevate the brand, and create positive impact both internally and externally. What You’ll Do • Plan, coordinate, and activate internal and external events, including employee, client, volunteer, and sponsored programs • Support end-to-end event execution, including timelines, communications, logistics, assets, and budgets • Serve as an on-site event coordinator as needed to ensure smooth delivery and quality execution • Partner with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and volunteers to align on goals, messaging, and logistics • Support sponsorship and donation programs, including coordination, asset fulfillment, and reporting • Provide cross-functional support to marketing, communications, and engagement initiatives as needed • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related fields • Hands-on experience planning and executing events or engagement programs in a professional setting • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
