General Administrative dutiesMaintain and monitor the front officeAnswer telephone calls promptly and assist event attendees or walk ins with questions and concernsAssist with ticket sales for concerts and performances held at the facilityAssist Sales and Event Services team with paperwork as neededMaintains event files, mail, binders, and office supply inventoryAssists with cleaning, maintaining, setup/teardown pre/post events and be hands on during eventsAttention to detail and consistence of serviceUnderstand and complete tasksReport evidence of facility/maintenance repairs, damage or vandalismFollow all policies/procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures established at the facilityMust adhere to company dress code which includes non-slip closed toe shoesMaintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditionsBe personable, courteous and helpful to all guests/attendeesMaintain an effective working relationship with employees and others encountered through the course of employmentReport to work when scheduled, on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag.
