We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event and Restaurant Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives for our event spaces and restaurant offerings, fostering growth and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales within the hospitality or event management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our event spaces and restaurant services

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, corporate partners, and vendors

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met and exceed expectations

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and special offers

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or event management industry

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred
