Event and Wedding Coordinator

Job Summary The Party Helpers, a full service catering company in San Jose, is currently seeking a Part-time coordinator with an emphasis on Weddings as well as Social and Corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences while managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. • Maintain organized records of contracts, budgets, and correspondence with clients and vendors. • Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with clients. • Highly organized with attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution.
