Event Assistant

This position has a main goal to remain available and visible during all events hosted at the Bodacious Shops and to answer any questions and respond to any client concerns in a friendly and professional manner. The Event Assistant will fulfill any other duties the senior leader and/or supervisor assigns and will represent the Bodacious Shops and 5eleven in a professional manner in adherence to all company policies and standards of behavior. Key Responsibilities • Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. • Maintain all spaces throughout the event to ensure it is in the best possible shape for presentation.
