The Strategy Huddle: Kick off the day at the office with morning music, high-energy goal setting, and hands-on workshops covering consumer psychology and public speaking.Campaign Launch: Head out to our scheduled event footprints and high-traffic retail venues in the Baltimore area with your team.The Main Stage: Connect directly with the public. You’ll be delivering quick, engaging product presentations, answering questions, and turning casual conversations into new customer sign-ups.Deconstruct & Celebrate: Wrap up the day by tracking your metrics, analyzing consumer feedback, and celebrating the team's daily wins with your mentor. Background: Recent college graduates (all majors welcome) or individuals with customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, sports, or restaurant environments.Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, a naturally outgoing personality, and the ability to read a room.Mindset: A goal-oriented, competitive drive paired with a willingness to learn from the ground up.Logistics: Based in or commuting to Baltimore, with a strong work ethic and daily punctuality.
