We are expanding our Miami operations and are seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Events Assistant to join us full-time. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will support the planning, logistics, and execution of live events and brand experiences across South Florida—helping our clients increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and build lasting customer relationships.

About the Role

As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing live campaigns and brand activations to life. Every day brings new interactions, logistics challenges, and opportunities to sharpen your event coordination, public relations, and leadership skills while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

This is a fully on-site position based in Miami, FL, working Monday through Friday alongside an ambitious and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Event Logistics & Setup: Assist with the preparation, setup, execution, and teardown of live events, promotional activations, and corporate functions.On-Site Guest Engagement: Interact directly with attendees, clients, and visitors to deliver memorable brand experiences and foster positive relationships.Vendor & Venue Support: Coordinate with venue managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure event schedules and run-of-show logistics operate smoothly.Brand Representation: Develop an in-depth understanding of client campaign goals to communicate brand messaging accurately and enthusiastically.Inventory & Materials Management: Track event supplies, signage, promotional materials, and equipment to ensure full operational readiness.Team Collaboration: Work alongside event directors and marketing managers to meet target engagement goals and continuously improve event operations.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for event management and guest relations. While prior hospitality or customer service experience is helpful, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are top priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.High organizational ability, time management, and attention to detail.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the agility to adapt during live events.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an event team.High school diploma or equivalent required; background in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or Event Management is a plus.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, or administrative support is advantageous, but full training is provided.
