Event Assistant

This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will support the planning, logistics, and execution of live events and brand experiences across South Florida—helping our clients increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and build lasting customer relationships. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing live campaigns and brand activations to life. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.High organizational ability, time management, and attention to detail.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the agility to adapt during live events.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an event team.High school diploma or equivalent required; background in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or Event Management is a plus.
