Event Assistant

This position will support attendee experience and retention, helping them to derive the best value from the event. The Event Assistant will fulfill any other duties the senior leader and/or supervisor assigns and will represent the Bodacious Shops and 5eleven in a professional manner in adherence to all company policies and standards of behavior. Key Responsibilities Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. Maintain all spaces throughout the event to ensure it is in the best possible shape for presentation. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
