Event Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations throughout the Phoenix area. The Event Assistant will work closely with our event and marketing teams to assist with day-to-day event operations, guest engagement, event materials, and on-site coordination. Assist with the preparation and execution of live events, promotional events, and brand activationsSupport event setup and breakdown, including displays, signage, and promotional materialsWelcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistanceAnswer questions and provide information about featured products, services, or campaignsAssist Event Coordinators with on-site logistics and event organizationMonitor event areas to ensure materials and displays remain organized and presentableCoordinate with team members to help events stay on scheduleSupport promotional activities and attendee engagementGather customer feedback and event information as neededMaintain and organize event materials and suppliesAssist with additional event-related responsibilities as assigned Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized with excellent attention to detailDependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable interacting with customers and event attendeesWillingness to learn and take directionExperience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plusFlexible availability for occasional evening and weekend eventsAbility to lift and move event materials up to 25 lbs.
