Position SummaryWe are looking for an Event Assistant to support the preparation and execution of promotional events. This role is well suited for an energetic and organized individual who enjoys working with people and contributing to successful customer-facing experiences.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown

Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies

Help welcome and direct event attendees

Provide basic information about featured products, services, or promotions

Support customer engagement activities throughout events

Help maintain an organized and professional event area

Work with team members to keep event activities running smoothly

Assist with distributing approved promotional materials

Gather attendee feedback and communicate observations to the event team

Help with additional event responsibilities as assigned

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor

Reliable and comfortable working in an active environment

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Previous event, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional experience is helpful but not required
