We support weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and special gatherings. We are currently seeking reliable and professional Event Assistant to support our events in Miami, FL.
Position Overview
The Event Assistant member supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role involves assisting guests, maintaining event spaces, and working closely with the service and coordination teams to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Support food and beverage service as directedGreet guests and provide courteous assistance during eventsMaintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout serviceRefill supplies and assist service staff as neededFollow safety, sanitation, and company proceduresCommunicate effectively with event coordinators and team members
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsProfessional appearance and positive attitude

Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support
Shift Length: 6-8 hours
