Position Summary The Event Associate is responsible for supporting community outreach, promotional, and sales events by representing the organization in a professional and engaging manner. This position attends assigned local events and retail locations, assists customers, distributes product samples, processes transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system, and supports production operations as needed. The Event Associate plays a key role in creating positive customer experiences, promoting products, and supporting event operations while maintaining a professional appearance and strong customer service focus. Customer Service and Sales Experience working with a POS system is preferred but not required.
