Our event associate helps our coordinator to deliver the highest quality event production for our clients. • Manage several event vendors or independent contractors • Work with Events Director to establish internal teams and outside vendor support to execute Special Events • Facilitate weekly Special Event and project meetings as needed; supervise and coordinate assignments for subcommittees, reporting to Events Coordinator on the development and execution events • Work with Events Coordinator to create Budget worksheets for events as assigned • Willing to work flexible hours and some weekends From full planning to day-of coordination, our ultimate goal is to help create the event of your dreams, and you can certainly trust us to do so!
