Brown’s Division of Biology and Medicine – composed of the Program in Biology and The Warren Alpert Medical School – is home to numerous centers of excellence in education, biomedical research, and clinical care. The Office is also responsible for the Division’s 132 websites, a number that continues to grow and represents roughly two-thirds of the University’s web presence. The Division of Biology and Medicine’s Event Coordinator works with the Event Manager to provide support for activities related to the Division’s extensive events and related communications efforts. Job Competencies • Strong customer-service orientation • Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, including Memorial Day weekend.
