The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by way of completing administrative duties & confirmation calls to finalize event details. • You are friendly and demonstrate a “You Got It” attitude • You demonstrate good decision-making skills and can communicate effectively with guests, Sales Team and Management Team • You can communicate clearly and regularly with Operations, the Sales Team and guests • You can clearly verbalize guests needs to Operations and other Team Members • You have strong organization skills • You have strong verbal skills • You are able to analyze basic data to help Operations and the Sales Team with decision making • You can read and communicate in English • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department including follow up on calls/emails/tasks with Event Host after the sale is “closed won”, communicating to Operations any changes to BEOs or updated signed contracts.
