In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with group coordinators and ensuring all banquet event arrangements are in compliance with guest needs and company standards. - Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements - Follow company and safety protocols and report any incidents or unsafe work conditions - Maintain a clean and professional appearance and protect company assets - Provide exceptional service to guests and anticipate their needs - Maintain positive relationships with team members - Ensure adherence to quality standards - Perform other duties as requested by supervisors - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in banquets or hospitality is preferred but not required - General education diploma
