We provide our clients with support from a full-service, in-house Production Department that provides technical equipment including concert audio, lighting, truss, and rigging, as well as the largest fleet of Stageline Mobile Stages on the East Coast. The Event Coordinator is part of the Creative Department and is responsible for operational support for special events and projects such as festivals, galas, corporate events, and brand activations; assisting with venue management; and assisting with various processes in the office. • Lead the internal planning, preparation, execution, and wrap up of projects including equipment ordering, creating and updating paperwork, coordinating necessary staff and equipment, scheduling, advancing, research, as well as other needs per project • Provide administrative support for events and projects, including finance tracking, invoicing, reporting, and documentation of activities. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in events, hospitality, theater management, or management, or three years of management experience in related field • Management experience in customer service, events, or hospitality-related industry • Maturity and understanding of an artistic process and the ability to work closely with clients, including artists and designers, in a diplomatic and professional manner • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain and establish positive client relationships • Excellent leadership and the ability to effectively manage a team and work well within a close management team • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to clearly communicate any systems or organizational structures to other members of the team or staff • Advanced computer skills and proficient in Google Suite. Ability to tow a trailer or operate a larger vehicle, such as a truck, a plus • Experience working on brand activations or as a brand ambassador is a plus.
