We will train you to be confident and successful in talking to managers and business owners over the phone to schedule the events necessary. You will have the opportunity to learn about the marketing and business industry that plays a huge role within the non-profit sector. Our team at Virtue works to inspire change and to take action alongside our clients, and we are constantly looking for people who are eager to learn about the industry and develop their professional and personal qualities. Your Role Includes: • Coordinate all levels of events from vendor/solicitation selection, to application and licensing process, to successful execution • Maintain/develop/update, in extreme detail, database system with past/current/future events, connections, and points of contact • Provides the highest standard of customer service and serves as the primary point of contact for all event queries and event staff • Manage all merchandise used for events • Establish/maintain new and old relationships with business owners, representatives, city council, and other event representatives • Be able to express in great detail the nature of the events and our clients' cause Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift
