The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional experiences for our clients and guests. Experience: - Proven experience in event planning and coordination - Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively - Knowledge of catering services, budgeting, contracts, hotels, and negotiation techniques - Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism - Background in hospitality or related field is a plus Ability to Commute: • Chicago, IL 60601 (Preferred)
