Event Coordinator - $19 to $27.5 per HOUR

Cranbrook Educational Community, founded in 1904 by Detroit philanthropists George and Ellen Booth, is a prestigious institution recognized worldwide for its contributions to education, science, and art. Cranbrook attracts thousands of visitors and students every year, contributing to its vibrant and dynamic campus life. The Event Coordinator role at Cranbrook Educational Community is a critical position responsible for ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, programs, and special events across multiple venues on the campus. Working closely with internal departments as well as external clients, the Event Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for campus-wide scheduling, facility rentals, photography coordination, and compliance with licensing and permits. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach to support diverse events at Cranbrook's Institute of Science, Academy of Art, Art Museum, Center for Collections, and other campus facilities.
