Events Coordinator (Contract Event Support)

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX
Duration: 2-Day Event Assignment
Client: Leading Financial Services Organization

Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Events Coordinator to provide onsite support for a corporate event taking place at a hotel in downtown Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with event operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, attendee-facing environment.

Schedule

Monday, October 26: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Tuesday, October 27: 7:15 AM - 10:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and direct event attendeesProvide exceptional customer service and answer guest questionsAssist with event registration and check-in processesTroubleshoot basic technical issues as neededMonitor and replenish badge stock and registration materialsSupport event staff with general onsite logistics and operationsHelp ensure a smooth and positive attendee experience throughout the eventQualifications

Previous event coordination, conference support, hospitality, or customer service experience preferredExperience with Cvent OnArrival strongly preferredComfortable using iPads and event registration technologyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProfessional, polished, and dependableAbility to work independently and remain composed in a busy event environmentDress Code

Professional business attire is required. Preferred attire includes a navy top or blazer, black pants, and dress shoes.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
