The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by way of completing administrative duties & confirmation calls to finalize event details. • You are friendly and demonstrate a You Got It attitude • You demonstrate good decision-making skills and can communicate effectively with guests, Sales Team and Management Team • You can communicate clearly and regularly with Operations, the Sales Team and guests • You can clearly verbalize guests needs to Operations and other Team Members • You have strong organization skills • You have strong verbal skills • You are able to analyze basic data to help Operations and the Sales Team with decision making • You can read and communicate in English • Go above & beyond to ensure the needs of each Special Events Guest are met, communicating all requests from host to ensure all contracts are updated accordingly. • Ensure accurate and prompt distribution of all paperwork for pop up parties working through management team to ensure they are staffed to support. • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department including follow up on calls / emails / tasks with Event Host after the sale is closed won , communicating to Operations any changes to BEOs or updated signed contracts.
