If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a knack for planning, problem-solving, and communication, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for a variety of events, including virtual and in-person gatherings, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.Serve as the main point of contact for event logistics, communicating with vendors, donors, partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless event experience.Assist in developing event strategies that align with the organization’s goals, including attendee engagement and fundraising outcomes.Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality experiences.Source and manage venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary services to optimize event logistics.Coordinate registration processes, including ticketing platforms and attendee tracking, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event lifecycle.Oversee volunteer coordination and provide clear directives for event-day roles and responsibilities.Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance event attendance.Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement and prepare detailed reports for leadership and stakeholders.
