Job Summary: Effectively manages all components of events including FOH and BOH to ensure that maximum potential revenue and financial objectives as well as optimum standards of guest service are achieved. Responsibilities: • Is responsible for building the event team and event sales, and is accountable for profit and loss. • Is capable of performing every function of events so as to properly supervise all of those functions. • Responsible for marketing/expanding the brand. • Follows up with event guests to gauge their experience.
