The Event Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks surrounding an upcoming event. Duties will include coordinating logistics, and maintaining spreadsheets. Handling calls regarding the event, taking meeting minutes and assisting board members who are planning the event. Keeping organized files on vendors, prepare mailers, track registrations, make arrangements with caterers, prepare seating chart. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm $18.00-$22.00/hour
