The Professional Development Department oversees the delivery of educational events across the state and all core content provided at the annual conference, in addition to steering the organization’s justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) initiatives and other special projects. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to members and registrants, addressing inquiries, updating and maintaining the membership/event database, and assisting with the logistical coordination of virtual and in-person professional development events. Registration & Event Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for event registration inquiries, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with at least three years related work experience in events or administration with preference given to those with association and/or nonprofit experience.
