Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Answer phones, check emails, and voicemails daily to respond promptly to inquiries • Ensure all event requests are acknowledged and followed up with professionalism and urgency • Track leads and updates in Tripleseat (our event management system) • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to gather detailed information for their event • Build and send event contracts; manage signatures and deposit collection • Enter deposits into POS system and reconcile with Tripleseat daily • Coordinate daily with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Event Manager on event updates or changes • Be highly knowledgeable about all party and event packages we offer • Follow up with leads that don’t initially book to maximize sales opportunities • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reports and documentation • Conduct in-person site tours and walkthroughs with prospective clients • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support sales and operations • Cross-train and assist other departments as needed • Represent The BLVD!
