Event Coordinator

Cousins Roofing Siding & Decks is seeking an Events Coordinator in our Pittsburgh office. In this role, you are responsible for finding new events to ensure that event sales and gross profit goals are reached. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for the a team of direct reports. The principle duties and responsibilities of the Events Coordinator consist of, but are not limited to, the following: • Provides on the job coaching, mentoring and motivating to ensure that assigned demonstrators stay on task. Commission: up to 1.5% of net sales generated (we are a $10M+ a year company.
