PLANUS – Event Coordinator (Project-Based Contract) PLANUS is a full-service event planning and production company specializing in corporate conferences, brand activations, and large-scale live events across the United States. The Event Coordinator will support planning, logistics, and on-site execution of corporate and live event productions. This is a hands-on operational role requiring mobility, adaptability, and strong bilingual communication in high-pressure environments. Compensation will be determined during the interview process based on experience, production capability, and scope of responsibility.
