We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Events Support Coordinator to provide executive-level administrative support to the President of The California Foundation of Commerce and Education (CFCE) while assisting with the planning and execution of key events, including fundraising initiatives, research forums, and board meetings. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, board members, consultants, donors, and external partners while handling sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Include: • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the President of CFCE (calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination) • Supporting event logistics from planning through execution and follow-up • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and campaign finance documentation • Maintaining compliance records and supporting audit preparation • Tracking relevant legislation and assisting with political research initiatives Qualifications: • 2-3 years of administrative or event coordination experience (political, nonprofit, or advocacy experience preferred) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
