MAGNANINI FARM WINERY, located in Wallkill, New York, is a renowned winery, restaurant, and distillery. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Wallkill, NY. The Event Coordinator will also assist with customer communication, on-the-day event oversight, and the promotion of winery offerings, including sales and bookings. Qualifications • Event Planning and Event Management experience • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills • Sales experience, particularly in promoting services or venues • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor with clients • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple events concurrently • Prior experience in the hospitality, winery, or food service industries is a plus • Proficiency in using event management tools and software is advantageous • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings, as required by events
