Type: Contract Snowflake is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our state-of-the-art Silicon Valley AI Hub (SVAI). In this role, you will work closely with the Founding Program Manager to bring high-impact AI programming to life within our 28,000-square-foot facility. Event Execution: Lead day-of operations for SVAI programming, including developer meetups, demo days, and executive engagements.Logistics Management: Oversee attendee check-in, vendor coordination, A/V setup/breakdown, and real-time troubleshooting.Venue Oversight: Coordinate with facilities for space configuration, catering, and technical requirements; serve as the primary on-site contact for speakers and external partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with the workplace and security teams to manage space usage and safety protocols.Post-Event Support: Manage space resets, equipment inventory, and feedback collection to ensure the facility is always event-ready.Schedule & Physical Requirements Experience: 3+ years of hands-on event production (technical events, conferences, or corporate programming preferred).Technical Savvy: Proficiency with A/V equipment, venue management software, and event technology.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with diverse audiences, from developers to C-suite executives.Operational Excellence: Strong ability to multitask and solve logistical problems in real-time with a detail-oriented approach.Location: Local Bay Area presence with reliable transportation to the Menlo Park facility.What We Offer
