Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or combination of event planning and other administrative and public relations experience is required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS: The Event Coordinator must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to successfully perform the essential functions of the position or be able to demonstrate how the essential functions will be performed, with or without reasonable accommodation. Works both independently and as a collaborative member of a team in support of the College’s strategic vision and annual goals with a high standard of integrity and ethics. REQUIRED HOURS: REQUIRED HOURS: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Must be able to work long hours with a flexible schedule.
