Are you a detail driven event professional who thrives on creating seamless, high impact customer experiences? We’re looking for a
Event Coordinator
to help plan and deliver hotel? and venue based events that engage customers, strengthen relationships, and leave lasting impressions.

This role is ideal for a proactive multitasker who enjoys juggling multiple projects, collaborating cross?functionally, and bringing events to life from concept through execution.

Role Summary
The
Event Coordinator
supports the planning and execution of customer?facing events across North America. You will manage end?to?end logistics for meetings, trainings, and customer programs, with a strong emphasis on venue coordination, event registration, and attendee experience.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure events are executed flawlessly—on time, on budget, and with a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

Plan and execute small to mid?sized events (100 attendees or fewer), including meetings, trainings, and customer programs.
Coordinate all on?site logistics to ensure smooth event delivery and positive guest experiences.

Venue & Vendor Management

Source, contract, and manage hotels and venues, including room blocks, meeting space, food & beverage, AV, and on?site support.
Serve as a primary point of contact for hotels, venues, and select vendors.

Registration & Attendee Management

Own and manage event registration platforms for North America programs.
Build and maintain registration sites, attendee communications, and reporting (experience with Cvent preferred).

Cross?Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams across marketing, product marketing, sales, legal, and operations to support event strategy and execution.
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders.

Budgeting & Continuous Improvement

Support budget tracking, invoicing, billbacks, and post?event reconciliation.
Contribute to ongoing improvements of event processes, templates, and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of experience supporting or managing corporate events.
Proven experience with hotel and/or venue contracting.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast?paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem?solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Cvent for event registration and reporting.
Background in hospitality, hotel sales, event management, or corporate meetings.
Experience supporting customer?facing or dealer?based events.

Pay Details:
$24.66 per hour
