Event Coordinator

Sporting Clays, sometimes referred to as "Golf with a Shotgun" is a sport where participants shoot 100 clay targets, with six to eight targets thrown from multiple shooting stations around a one-mile course. When assisting the Event Manager, the individual will work directly with all department leads to ensure each event is given the attention that they need. When assisting the Front Counter Associate department, you will be helping with the day to day operations. Fielding calls and emails from potential customersScheduling eventsInforming all department heads of what is needed for each individual eventPutting together quotes and collecting paymentMaintaining digital records of all upcoming eventsAssisting Event Manager in daily dutiesAssist each event from start to finish (Liaison to each event point of contact)Must be a team player and willing to perform Front Counter Associates duties as requiredMust be comfortable around firearms (we are willing to train)Qualification: Flexibility in work hours is a MUST.
