Job Overview As an Event Coordinator, you will support the lead planners with all aspects of event production — from pre-event planning to day-of coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the events industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist with event planning and logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, and rental coordinationAttend client meetings and take detailed notesManage administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, scheduling, and tracking documentsSupport event setup and breakdown, including décor placement, layout execution, and vendor coordinationBe on-site for event days to help ensure smooth executionMaintain a high level of professionalism and represent the brand positivelyRequirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for attendees.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.Reliable transportation and ability to travel to event sites as neededPhysical ability to assist with event setup (lifting/moving decor, walking/standing for long periods)Join our team as an Event Coordinator where you can bring your creativity and organizational skills to life while delivering exceptional experiences for our clients!
