This role is execution-focused, with ownership of event coverage, registration desk support, materials preparation, and post-event wrap-up. 0–2 years of professional experience in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented, or administrative role.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with attendees, vendors, and internal partners.High level of reliability, responsiveness, and willingness to jump in and support tasks on short notice.Comfort working on-site in dynamic, attendee-facing environments and handling time‑sensitive responsibilities with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.Genuine interest in building a career in corporate events and learning event logistics, on‑site operations, and production workflows.Willingness to travel for domestic meetings and work evenings or occasional weekends as needed.
