Event Coordinator

Under the leadership of the Director of Operations & Systems, the Events Coordinator serves as the principal interface for events, and is responsible for end-to-end event production for C2 Hub's signature and recruiting events, and for providing consulting and select event support as applicable for other events hosted by teams throughout the C2 Hub. Ensure all aspects of the event venue are optimized for exhibitor and participant experience, the accomplishment of which may require that the Event Coordinator be flexible as needed and personally perform activities such as rearrangement of seating and tables, and set up of easels, audio/visual equipment, power strips, etc. The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
