HighPoint Innovations is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and organization of community-based events across the Tulsa area. What You’ll Do Coordinate scheduling and logistics for upcoming community events Maintain organized records of event locations, timelines, and availability Communicate with local businesses, property managers, and partners to confirm event details Track event bookings and update internal systems to ensure accuracy Support outreach efforts through email, phone, and occasional in-person communication Assist in preparing event details so teams are set up for smooth execution Provide updates between internal teams and external partners Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) Comfortable handling administrative tasks and tracking multiple schedules Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to work in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities Previous administrative, coordinator, or customer service experience is a plus (not required) This Event Coordinator position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in administration, coordination, and operations.
