This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a talent for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee events from inception to completion.Liaise with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements.Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.Handle on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
