The position involves working across two departments: supporting the Event Manager by coordinating communication and logistics with all department heads to ensure tailored attention to each event, and assisting the Front Counter Associate department with day-to-day operations. The ability to work all weekends and holidays, alongside the flexibility to adapt to variable event schedules, is essential.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing event inquiries, scheduling, preparing quotes, maintaining digital records, and serving as the main liaison from event inception through completion. Comfort around firearms is important, although professional training will be provided to ensure safety and competence. The role demands excellent organization, critical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
