Job Summary: Effectively manages all components of events including FOH and BOH to ensure that maximum potential revenue and financial objectives as well as optimum standards of guest service are achieved. Is responsible for building the event team and event sales, and is accountable for profit and loss. Is capable of performing every function of events so as to properly supervise all of those functions. Responsible for marketing/expanding the brand. Follows up with event guests to gauge their experience.
