Your Role: Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our clients’ tech needs are met from planning to execution. You’ll collaborate with show managers, site teams, and high-profile clients to deliver flawless service and unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Do

Be the bridge between clients and tech; consult on Internet and Telephony needsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure every detail is coveredAttend planning visits and pre-conference meetings to get ahead of the curveBuild custom quotes based on event history and client goalsKeep orders updated and communicate changes with precisionResolve billing questions and suggest smart service upgradesUse proprietary software to manage customer interactions and event logisticsSupport customer service staff and respond to inquiries with confidenceTrain junior staff and assist managers with special projectsPrepare post-show reports and collaborate across departmentsOccasionally work evenings and weekends when events go live

What You’ll Bring

Strong skills in Microsoft Office; especially Outlook, Word, and ExcelExceptional organization and attention to detailCalm, professional demeanor; even when juggling multiple prioritiesConfident communication and a polished presenceFamiliarity with telecom or network services is a plusQuick learning and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferredBonus: experience in trade shows, hospitality, or telecommunications
