We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide array of events that align with our organization's goals and brand. Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute various events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and vendors.Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting related to events.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
