Event Coordinator

Recognized as a top destination spa in North America and worldwide, Lake Austin Spa Resort focuses on creating a restorative environment for relaxation, renewal, and well-being. Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a Group and Events Coordinator. This role aims to support both spa and overnight resort group bookings and special events through coordinating both social and corporate group events before arriving on the property and while the guests are on the property and conduct site inspections for prospective groups and events. ·      Ask appropriate questions of the clients and make suggestions to ensure the details meet the group and the resort’s needs Monday to Friday is the regular schedule; however, many events are on the weekends, and this role is with the guests on property during those events so the schedule will vary based on the guests needs.
