Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or event coordinationBachelor’s degree preferredHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable troubleshooting technology and learning new systemsInterested in using AI, automation, and technology to improve workflows
What You’ll Do
Coordinate scheduling and end-to-end logistics for Professional Development eventsMaintain the firmwide PD calendar and manage registrations, attendance, and rooming listsProvide onsite support, including check-in, materials, speakers, and troubleshootingPartner with Marketing, Creative, and Technology on event communications and technical needsCreate and maintain invitations, agendas, checklists, evaluation forms, and other event materialsProcess invoices, expenses, and budget documentation while helping standardize and improve recurring processes

Professional Development programs run smoothly from planning through executionEvent details, calendars, and communications remain accurate and organizedInternal teams and attendees receive responsive, reliable support
Salary Range: $72,000 – 88,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Santa Monica, CA – Hybrid
