Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our guests while working in a fast-paced and glamorous environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a strong attention to detail. If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and have a knack for organization and creativity, we would love to hear from you!\n\nPlan and execute all aspects of events, including but not limited to conferences, weddings, corporate parties, and other special occasions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
Coordinate with various departments within the hotel, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of events.
Create detailed event timelines, agendas, and floor plans to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to the client's expectations.
Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns or changes to the event.
Oversee event setup, including decorations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other necessary arrangements.
Manage event staff and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to guests.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas and strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events and provide swift and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all events, including expenses, contracts, and guest feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract potential clients.
Uphold the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts by providing exceptional service and attention to detail at all times.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve event planning and execution processes.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.
