What You’ll Do As our Event Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a variety of internal and external events. You’ll collaborate across departments to create experiences that support our team, celebrate our milestones, and strengthen our ties to the community. Primary Responsibilities Team Building & Staff Engagement: Design creative morale-building initiatives that foster connection and collaboration among staff. Company Celebrations: Plan and coordinate internal events such as company parties, staff appreciation days, anniversaries, and birthdays. Event Coordination: Manage logistics for a variety of events, including setup, scheduling, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up. Business & CEU Events: Organize continuing education seminars, professional development opportunities, and business events. Community Engagement: Lead events that promote community involvement, DEI initiatives, and inclusive culture-building efforts. Trip & Travel Planning: Book hotels, transportation, and accommodations for conferences, staff trainings, and off-site events.
